Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
A $400 non-refundable pet deposit is required per pet.
Monthly pet fee of $40 will be charged per pet.
Breed restrictions apply.
Sorry, exotic animals are not permitted.
Cats must be spayed or neutered.
Restricted breeds include: Bull Terrier (Pit, Staffordshire, etc.), Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman, Pinscher, American Bulldog, Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrids, Shar-Pei, or any mix of these breeds.
